Discere Orare is a personal project, not a registered non-profit or charity. Supporter Edition is a software purchase and is not a tax-deductible donation.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every Supporter Edition purchase (and on any legacy recurring support charge while such plans are still active). If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund:
- Visit the Paddle customer portal at paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
- Contact Paddle support directly through paddle.net.
You can also cancel a recurring gift at any time from your Discere Orare profile page or through the Paddle portal. Cancelling stops future charges; if you would like a refund for a charge that already happened, follow the steps above within the 30-day window.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
